Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of New Mexico who are majoring in print journalism, broadcasting, photojournalism, public relations, communications, or advertising at a college or university in the state.
  • Applicants must submit 3 samples of their work, a letter of recommendation, and a 500word description of their career goals and plans and why they are applying for this scholarship.
  • Selection is based primarily on career potential and financial need, although academic standing is also considered.
