The Dorothy Dewey Picard Music Scholarship is available to residents of Bristol, Burlington, Plainville, Plymouth, Southington, or Wolcott, Connecticut. Students who are currently pursuing or planning to pursue a post-secondary or special educational opportunity in the music field, including music studies and/or music education are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need. Students interested in starting or continuing careers in the classical music field receive special consideration.

  • Pursuing or planning to pursue a postsecondary or special educational opportunity in the music field, including music studies and/or music education
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students interested in starting or continuing careers in the classical music field.
