The Dorothy E. Ann Fund (D.E.A.F) Scholarship is a need-based scholarship that supports graduating seniors who are deaf or hard of hearing. Students from high schools in Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Pickaway, or Union counties in Ohio are welcome to apply.
