The Dorothy Gilmore FCCYC and Monroe Evans Scholarship program seek students who attend a high school in Cumberland County, North Carolina. This scholarship is available to students who display a high degree of initiative and responsibility as well as strong leadership skills. Special consideration is given to students who have financial needs, a minimum 3.8 GPA, minimum SAT composite score of 1640, or an ACT composite score of 25, and are in the top 5% of their class.
