The Dorrin and Ruth Ross Scholarship support rural students who are pursuing higher education. Graduates or graduating seniors of Washington County, Kentucky, and Fairfield County, Ohio are welcome to apply. This scholarship was established to honor the memory of Dorrin and Ruth Ross.

Requirements
  • Seeking a certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in the U.S. Students must meet one of the following criteria:
  • Graduating seniors or graduates of Washington High School, Kentucky
  • Graduating seniors or graduates of Bloom Carroll or Fairfield Union high schools, Ohio
  • Past or present members of Fairfield County 4H or Fairfield County FFA
  • Past or present members of Washington County 4H or FFA Relatives of Dorrin and Ruth Ross or any member of the selection committee are not eligible to apply.
