The Dorrin and Ruth Ross Scholarship supports current students or graduates from either Washington County High School in Springfield, Kentucky, or Bloom-Carroll High School in Carroll, Ohio, or current or former members of Fairfield County 4-H or FFA, or Washington County 4-H or FFA. Students pursuing postsecondary education in the U.S. are welcome to apply.
