The Douglas Roberts Endowed Scholarship recognizes students who use a wheelchair or those who have special needs as defined by the American Disability Act (ADA). Graduating high school seniors or current college students who are permanent residents of Nueces County, Texas, and are seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.
