Requirements

This program is open to residents of the Dover AFB area whose parent or spouse is 1) an active duty, Reserve, or retired military member; 2) a U.S. government employee assigned to Dover AFB; 3) a deceased military member; or 4) an active duty, Reserve, or Department of Defense members who are completing a remote tour or deployment.

Applicants must be enrolled full or parttime in an accredited academic or vocational program in any state.

Selection is based on that essay (25%), academic ability (25%), extracurricular/leadership activities (25%), and a letter of reference (25%).
