The Doyle O. and Lelia Jane Bateman Scholarship supports residents of Staunton, Waynesboro, or Augusta County, Virginia, who demonstrate the hard work and dedication necessary to succeed in school and life. It is available to students pursuing a professional certification, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree who are active in school or community activities. Students with financial need are welcome to apply.
