The Dr. Belgen & Cecil Wells Scholarship is available to sophomore, junior, or senior students at Indiana State University who are residents of Indiana. Students who demonstrate financial need are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given first to students in the applied health sciences department, then to other College of Health and Human Services majors, and then to students in the Bayh College of Education.
