The Dr. Brian Ling Memorial Scholarship program recognizes residents of Buncombe County, North Carolina, who are seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in healthcare-related fields. Students who participate in extracurricular activities and community service and are able to demonstrate responsibility, compassion, and respect for others are welcome to apply.
