The Dr. Charles and Phyllis Seward Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who reside in the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas Panhandle. Students who are working and plan to attend Amarillo College or West Texas A&M are welcome to apply. Native American students receive special consideration.
