The Dr. Charles Mitchell Jr. Scholars Endowment is awarded to graduates of Detroit area high schools in Michigan. Special consideration is given to graduates of Cass Technical High School in Detroit, Michigan, first generation college students, or students who have overcome significant socio-economic hardships.
