The Dr. Dwight Bastian Scholarship program provides need-based scholarships to graduating seniors from Kaukauna High School in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Students who intend to enroll in a technical school, 2-year or 4-year college, or university to study communications or journalism are encouraged to apply. Recipients are selected based on their involvement in high school forensics and community activities, as well as their demonstration of hard work.
