The Dr. Earl James Fahringer Performing Arts Scholarship is awarded to Southern California residents diagnosed with a bleeding disorder or who have a family member with one. Students pursuing studies in music, art, drama, or dance are encouraged to apply. Special consideration first-time applicants who are actively involved with the Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California (HFSC) as community participants or volunteers and have a bleeding disorder diagnosis.
