The Dr. Earl James Fahringer Performing Arts Scholarship is awarded to Southern California residents diagnosed with a bleeding disorder or who have a family member with one. Students pursuing studies in music, art, drama, or dance are encouraged to apply.

  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree
  • Studying music, drama, arts, or dance Preference is given to firsttime applicants who are actively involved with the Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California (HFSC) as community participants or volunteers and have a bleeding disorder diagnosis.
