The Dr. Eugene S. Briggs Memorial Scholarship is available to residents of Oklahoma who have either graduated or are graduating from an Oklahoma high school. Recipients are selected for their academic standing, financial need, and involvement in community service. Students who are planning to attend a vocational or technical school, or a 2- or 4- year college or university as full-time students are encouraged to apply.
