The Dr. Gary M. Moore Great Plan Scholarship provides need-based, renewable awards to graduating high school seniors in Oklahoma who plan to attend the Oklahoma City University College of Arts and Sciences. Students who are involved with community service and who demonstrate leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
