The Dr. Hulon and Dinah Crayton Endowed Scholarship is open to students at the Panama City campus of Florida State University (FSU). Students enrolled at least part-time are encouraged to apply. Minority students receive special consideration. Priority is also given to students in the School of Nursing. If no student from the School of Nursing applies, all undergraduates in degree programs at FSU Panama City are eligible.
