The Dr. Jessie V. Furlow Scholarship is offered to Gadsden County residents attending or planning to attend Tallahassee State College. Graduating seniors from a high school in Gadsden County, Florida, are welcome to apply, as are current TSC students who are county residents. First priority is given to graduating Gadsden County high school seniors, with secondary consideration provided for current TSC students.
