Dr. Kenny D. Hasija Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of the International Thespian Society for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, or People of Color) underrepresented groups and majoring or planning to major in theater-related fields in college.

Requirements

This program is open to high school senior members of the society and alumni members who are enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university and major in performance theater education, technical theater, or playwriting.

Applicants must be members of groups traditionally underrepresented in the theater industry, such as those who are BIPOC. Along with their application, they must submit a 2page autobiography.
