The Dr. Marion V. Arbogast Scholarship program is available to graduating seniors or past graduates of McComb Local High School in McComb, Ohio who are pursuing a degree in a health-related field. Students who participate in organizations and volunteer service are encouraged to apply. Additional consideration is provided for renewal applicants. Students who receive a full scholarship from another organization are not eligible to apply.
