Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in North Carolina who plan to attend a college or university in any state.
  • They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • Martin Luther King influenced their life; and 2) why they feel they deserve this scholarship and their need for financial assistance.
  • Selection is based on those essays; academic record; a resume of accomplishments, extracurricular activities, scholarships, affiliations, and organizations; and 2 letters of recommendation.
