The Dr. Matthew R. Hadley Scholarship is for graduating seniors from designated high schools in western Pennsylvania. Successful applicants will be chosen on the basis of scholarship and leadership. If there are qualified applicants, students who demonstrate leadership, community volunteerism, and community involvement receive special consideration.
