The Dr. Matthew R. Hadley Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Clairton, East Allegheny, McKeesport Area Senior, South Allegheny, or Steel Valley Senior high schools in Pennsylvania. Students seeking a bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students with financial need and who demonstrate leadership, community volunteerism, and community involvement.
