About the Scholarship

The Dr. Michael Bailey Scholarship is available to rising fourth-year medical students at the Macon campus of Mercer University's School of Medicine who plan to complete an internal medicine residency. Students seeking a medical degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to Boy Scouts who achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, Girl Scouts who received the Gold Award, students who have participated in community service activities, and first-generation college students.
