About the Scholarship

The Dr. Milton R. Liverman Memorial Scholarship is available for graduating high school seniors from Suffolk, Virginia public schools who are seeking a degree at a college or university. Students who have demonstrated academic ability, volunteer service, voluntary or paid work experience, and extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.
