The Dr. Thomas Richard and Wendene Wilson Shoupe Post Graduate Scholarship program is available to college seniors and graduates who are pursuing a graduate or professional degree. Well-rounded students who graduated from a state-chartered city or county high school in Hancock County, Ohio are encouraged to apply. Students who receive a full scholarship from another organization are not eligible to apply.
