The Dr. Vincent Contreras Leadership Scholarship is offered to Sigma Alpha Mu priors who have attended the SAM Leadership Conference and Chapter Leaders Day either immediately preceding or during their term of office. Undergraduates and chapter advisors (if in graduate school) of select chapters are also eligible. Special consideration is given to Sigma Sigma, Gamma Theta, and Delta Upsilon chapters.

Requirements
  • Prior and fully-initiated member of Sigma Alpha Mu in good standing, **OR** undergraduates and chapter advisors (if in graduate school) of the Mu Theta, Beta Omega, Gamma Rho, and Delta Upsilon chapters
  • Resident of the U.S.
  • Attended the SAM Leadership Conference and Chapter Leaders Day either immediately preceding or during their term of office Preference is given to Sigma Sigma, Gamma Theta, and Delta Upsilon chapters.
