The Dr. Zoel G. Allen Memorial Scholarship is available to students who are graduating seniors from Perryton High School or Top of Texas Accelerated Education Center in Perryton, Texas, or students returning to college who graduated from Perryton High School in Texas. Students seeking an associate or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.
