Requirements
  • This program is open to full-time upper-division and graduate student members of SHRM who are preparing for a career in the field of human resource management.
  • Applicants must be nominated by their SHRM chapter and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Selection is based on a 100word essay about their participation in their SHRM chapter, scholastic average and standing, participation in SHRM chapter affairs and programs, and participation in school programs.
