The Dring Language Fellowship is awarded to provide assistance for an international experience for the explicit purpose of improving or perfecting foreign language skills. The awardee must be participating in a program run by an educational or nonprofit organization; grant funds cannot be granted to an individual. Residents of Routt County, Colorado are welcome to apply.
