Requirements
  • This program is open to high school seniors and current undergraduates who are interested in the drone industry, including aerial cinematography, surveying, mapping, inspection work, or other uses of drones.
  • Applicants must submit 1) an essay of 750 to 1,000 words on 1 of the following topics: how drones can be used to do good, how drones will change our world over the next 10 years, or how drones can be used for STEM education; 2) a 1paragraph essay about themselves, including where they are from, their education, what they are studying, their career plans, their interest in drones, and any other relevant information; and 3) a 1-paragraph statement explaining what they would do with the scholarship money.
