  • This program is open to single parents currently enrolled in a high school, junior college, trade school, apprentice school, college, university, or graduate school.
  • Applicants must be single parents helping to raise at least 1 child; they do not have to have fulltime custody as long as they are involved in raising the child.
  • They must have a GPA of 2.7 or higher.
