The Duluth Building & Construction Trades Council Scholarship Fund supports graduates of high schools within the Boreal Waters service area in Minnesota as they continue their postsecondary education. Students whose parent or legal guardian is a member of one of the council’s affiliated unions are encouraged to apply, including those planning careers in healthcare or other fields.

  • Child of a member of one of the 17 unions affiliated with the Duluth Building & Construction Trades Council
