Requirements
  • This program is open to students currently enrolled at a college or university in North Dakota.
  • Preference is given, but not limited, to students majoring in waterrelated fields and students whose families have taken active roles in state water resource management.
  • Applicants must submit a 2page essay on their most vivid memory concerning water.
  • Selection is based on that essay, transcripts, honors and awards, nonacademic school activities and special interests, career plans after college graduation, and reason(s) for applying for this scholarship.
