The E. T. D. Jones Scholarship supports residents of Clackamas, Lincoln, Multnomah, and Washington counties in Oregon as they continue their postsecondary education. Special consideration is given to students who are immigrants, or children of immigrants, from underdeveloped countries or the former Soviet Union, and who completed the Portland House of Umoja program, as well as graduates of a high school in Clackamas, Lincoln, Multnomah, or Washington counties, Oregon.
