Requirements
  • Resident of and/or currently enrolled or accepted for enrollment at a college or university in designated eastern states (Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, or West Virginia).
  • Amputee member of the association (those who have experienced the loss of 1 or more extremities at a major joint due to amputation or birth defect) or the children or grandchildren of members.
  • Financial need is considered.
