The Earl Maxwell Endowed Scholarship is awarded to students entering the business field through Austin Community College. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and academic merit. The scholarship is named in honor of Earl Maxwell, a founding member of the ACC Foundation and a founding partner in Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP.
