The Ed Randash Memorial Scholarship supports incoming freshmen pursuing a full time associate degree at City College at Montana State University in automobile technology/repair. Special consideration is given to graduates of selected Billings area high schools, including Billings Senior High School, Billings West High School, Skyview High School, and Billings Central Catholic High School.
