The Eddie Bromiley Memorial Scholarship is offered to seniors or returning students who have graduated or are currently graduating from any high school in Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan, Kittitas, or Grant counties in Washington. Applicants must be seeking a degree or studies in technical programs. Future Farmers of America (FFA) or rodeo participants receive special consideration.
