The Education and Training Voucher program supports the educational goals of Iowa students who age out of foster care and to students who are adopted at age 16 or older. Students under the age of 26 who are pursuing a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Priority is given to previous recipients, followed by new undergraduate applicants.

  • Aged out of foster care, OR;
  • Adopted or entered the Subsidized Guardianship Program from Iowa foster care at the age of 16 or older
  • Aged 26 or younger
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree Priority is given to previous recipients, followed by new undergraduate applicants.
