The Edward F. Stephens, III, M.D. and Barbara B. Stephens Scholarship is an opportunity for full-time students attending Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Graduates of Trinity Lutheran School Elementary, and subsequently Centralia High School in Centralia, Illinois are welcome to apply. Preference is given to any graduate from Centralia High School or any high school located within 50 miles of Centralia, Illinois.
