The Edward Quillin Endowed Scholarship is an opportunity for full-time students attending Western Technical College. Residents of Houston or Winona counties, Minnesota, or Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, Trempealeau or Vernon counties, Wisconsin are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given first to students in the culinary program, followed by students in the marketing program with an interest in the food industry.
