The E.E. Perry Scholarship celebrates the academic achievements of Carter County, Tennessee residents. Students who are graduating from Elizabethton High School or another Carter County public high school, homeschool, or have received a GED are eligible. Students planning to study math, science, engineering, or medicine at a school in Tennessee are welcome to apply.
