The Eizo & Toyo Sakumoto Scholarship is for students of Japanese ancestry who were born in Hawai'i. Recipients who demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students seeking a graduate degree, to students planning to attend a university in Hawai'i, to students with a minimum 3.5 GPA attending full-time, and to students of full-Japanese ancestry.
