The Elbert F. and Wilbur E. Morgan Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen at Indiana State University from Lafayette Jefferson High School in Lafayette, Indiana who have a demonstrated interest in industrial arts, preferably graphic arts. If no such student is available, other students from Lafayette Jefferson High School with good grades and high moral standards may be considered.
