The Eleanor Friedberg Art Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors at high school in the Pittsburgh Public Schools district, or a charter school in the Wilkinsburg, Homestead, Duquesne, or West Mifflin school district. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in art are eligible to apply.
