The Eleanor Tillquist Scholarship offers financial assistance for college to residents of Ventura, California. Students who are enrolled in California State University Channel Islands, California State University, or Ventura College medical program, OR students transferring to a 4-year college or university medical program in California seeking a bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to female applicants.

Attending California State University Channel Islands, California State University, or Ventura College medical program OR Transferring from CSU Channel Islands, CSU, or Ventura Colleges' medical program

Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree

Participation in community service

Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to female students.
