The Eli D. Panee, Sr., and Aileen E. Panee I Mua Scholarship are awarded to full-time undergraduate and graduate students preparing for a career in health care. Students attending a college, university, or vocational/trade school are encouraged to apply. It is the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
