The Elizabeth "Freckles" Locke Parrott Memorial Scholarship supports students who participated on the women's softball team. Applicants from a high school in Humboldt or Del Norte counties in California, **or** California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt. Students who demonstrate leadership skills that are seeking an associate or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.
