The Elizabeth Smith Scholarship is for undergraduate students who are at least sophomores attending a Texas college or university, who are members of the FCSTAT Student Section, Collegiate FCCLA, or TAFE student membership. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in family and consumer science are eligible to apply.
