The Elkins Constructors, Inc. Endowed Scholarship is available to rising juniors and seniors at the University of North Florida's College of Computing, Engineering, and Construction. Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or building construction management are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students with a history of community or industry involvement and leadership activities.
